Please note that in order for the Party Reservation Form to be "BOOKED" that you need to speak with a Skate Time 209 Party Booker to determine if your requested date is available.  We also need to receive your deposit and send out your invitations before we consider the party to be "booked".  Filling out the form and sending it back to us does not guarantee a reservation.

YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY AT SKATE TIME 209!

1  ARRIVAL TIME,    A Birthday Party at Skate Time 209 will start with pre-party FUN in our special Birthday Party VIP Lounge! Your very own “Party Hero” will greet you and your guests with a warm smile at the door. During your private time in the Party Lounge, a Skate Time 209 Party T-shirt for the birthday child will be colored and signed by the party guests.  (about 20 minutes)

2  PARTY START TIME, you will be given the keys to a private VIP Birthday Party Locker to secure all party guest shoes, coats and other belongings. Party Mom/Dad deeps the key for easy access throughout the party!

3  YOUR PARTY HERO, will organize non-stop personalized games and activities throughout the party to create a memorable experience for the Birthday Child.  Everything will be taken care of for an unforgettable party, so you can sit back and relax!

4  ROLLER SKATING or SKATEBOARDING and Party Games (about 50 minutes)

5  IN THE PARTY ROOM, the Birthday Child will be highlighted in a "Royal Throne", also includes pizza, drink, cake (or Skate Time Sundaes - Ultimate Option only), presents, and entertainment (about 45 minutes)

6  THE FUN CONTINUES, with a surprise for the Birthday Party Child, Arcade game time and/or more skating (about 20 minutes)

7  FAREWELL TIME, return skates, gather coats and shoes, redeem redemption tickets, survey and farewell (about 15 minutes)

Birthday Party Additional Guests are defined as guests that are seated with a place setting in the party room and are served pizza, drink, cake/cool dog, receive arcade tokens, and goodie bags (if applicable).

Birthday Party parents always skate free.    Everyone else that is entering the building to skate will be charged admission as a "Birthday Party Additional Guest" or a "Additional Skating Only Party Guest" EXCEPT non-skating, non participating parents /guardians of children attending the party.

Additional Skating Only Party Guests who have accompanied a Birthday Party Guest are charged as follows:  $6.50.   This includes skate or helmet rental, but does NOT include refreshments, arcade tokens or goodie bags.

WILL YOU NEED A SKATING HELPER?  Your Party Hero will stay with your Birthday Party the entire time.  The Party Hero is there to entertain your party and to make the Birthday child the center of attention, and will not be able to stay with beginner skaters.  If you need additional help for children who do not skate well, we encourage to you arrange in advance to have other guests/adults at your party who can help.  If no additional adults are available, we strongly recommend that you hire a Skate Time 209 Skating Helper for beginner or younger skaters.  Unless booked in advance, Skating Helpers may not be available to assist with your party.

WHAT'S A SKATE TIME SUNDAE?   Skate Time Sundaes are made with a scoop of premium Blue Bunny Vanilla Bean Ice Cream with a slice of yellow cake.   Each individual Sundae is then decorated by the party attendee with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and rainbow sprinkles.  It really is Wheelie Fun!

OUR POLICIES
• $50 deposit required to make a Birthday Party Reservation.  Your deposit is non-refundable.  There is a $25 fee to change dates/times after the reservation is made
• All party guests must have a Skate Time 209 Release of Liability for on file, have their parents sign at the party or bring the form with a copy of the parents drivers license
• The party room is designed to accommodate the Birthday Party child and up to 13 Birthday Party Guests comfortable.  Parties of 14 or larger require advance notice for additional chairs, table and room.  Adult guests are invited to eat in the cafe.
• We encourage you to find out if any of your party guest have any food allergies or if they are lactose intolerant ahead of time
• We do not allow any outside food or beverage to be brought in, with the exception of a Birthday Party cake brought in by SCHEDULED Skate Time 209 Birthday Parties
• We are do not allow unscheduled "walk in" parties with cake and presents

BIRTHDAY UNIVERSITY       When we say Wheelie Fun, we wheelie mean it!  All of our Birthday Party Team members have been trained by BIRTHDAY UNIVERSITY.  This means that the Birthday Party Team hosting your party has the best Birthday Party training out there!  Your child will know it is his/her special day when they are the center of attention throughout the entire party.
